Administration Assistant (Part-Time)

Wolverhampton | Approx. 27 hours/week (flexible) | £15,000-£19,000 pro rata (DOE)

My Client, who designs and builds specialist equipment for working with some of the world’s most dangerous materials, is seeking an Administration Assistant. Their systems help emergency responders, military units, and technical teams across the globe safely access and neutralise hazardous containers. We work at the cutting edge — and we save lives.

They're now looking for an Administration Assistant to join our small, hands-on team and support our Procurement Manager with the day-to-day admin of purchasing, inventory, and logistics. This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in supply chain and manufacturing operations.

Administration Assistant - What You’ll Do:

* Help process purchase orders and communicate with suppliers

* Maintain stock and inventory records

* Support the packing, dispatch and logistics of equipment to global customers

* Update delivery schedules and inventory systems

* Provide general admin support to procurement and operations

Administration Assistant - What You’ll Bring:

* A basic understanding of supply chain or inventory management

* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)

* Excellent attention to detail and time management

* A flexible, can-do approach and a willingness to learn

* Some prior admin or logistics experience is helpful — but not essential
