A successful and fast-growing organisation based in Birmingham are looking to expand their recruitment team with a confident, people-focused Recruitment Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with at least 6 months of recruitment experience looking to move into a role where they can make a real impact. As the Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting and onboarding contractors to support national operations. You will need to be proactive, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your key responsibilities as Recruitment Administrator will include managing end-to-end recruitment including writing job adverts, advertising vacancies and vetting applicants and delivering on KPIs and targets. You will produce recruitment reports for the management team, maintain accurate records and support compliance, work closely with internal teams to meet resource needs and deliver the highest quality of candidate service. The ideal candidate will have 6 month experience in a recruitment or resourcing, experience with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) is desirable. You will be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people daily. You will be organised, driven and results focused and be comfortable juggling multiple tasks. The salary on offer is £26,000pa plus a KPI based bonus (available after probation) and a bonus package which includes 24 days annual leave (increases with services) plus bank holidays, health insurance, free gym memberships, free cinema tickets, comprehensive training, employee recognition and career growth.
