The hospitality areas require Bar Staff, Food Runners and Plate Waiters to work in the bustling, friendly hospitality areas within the stadium. Ideally you will have worked within the hospitality sector previously and have a good foundation and knowledge of customer service. Package Description Flexible working Match Days and Non-Match Days (C&E Events) which includes evening & weekend shifts Main Responsibilities Station Management and Preparation Set up and maintain a clean, organized workstation Prepare ingredients and components specific to their station (e.g., Soup, Starters, dessert) Ensure mise en place is complete and accessible for service Cooking and Plating Cook food items according to the menu and Lead Chef's instructions Plate dishes with speed, consistency, and attention to presentation Ensure food is served at the correct temperature and quality level Service Coordination Work in sync with other line chefs to ensure dishes go out together and on time Adapt pace based on live service demands (e.g., plated dinner vs. buffet) Communicate any delays or issues to the Lead Chef immediately Cleanliness and Food Safety Follow all hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP standards, allergen controls, cross-contamination rules) Keep workstation clean during service and sanitize surfaces regularly Handle and store food safely, Event-Specific Duties Assist in setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after the event Be prepared to pivot to different roles if needed (e.g., assisting another station or prepping extra portions) Ideal Candidate Excellent verbal communication skills Being friendly yet professional Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism Good attention to detail and punctuality Being proactive is key Experience within hospitality kitchens A flexible "can do" attitude The ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment Adaptability to different venues, equipment, and layouts
