We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate a workstream within an IFS ERP implementation project, with a focus on Finance and/or CRM modules. The successful candidate will take ownership of planning, tracking, and delivery of key milestones while managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. You'll work within a hybrid environment, acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and ensuring that the IFS rollout aligns with business objectives, particularly for the finance and commercial functions. Prior experience delivering IFS implementations in SaaS or technology-led businesses is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the IFS Finance and/or CRM workstreams, including planning, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly defined and tracked Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Commercial, IT, and Change Management) to align business needs with IFS capabilities Coordinate with functional consultants and third-party IFS partners for solution design, testing, data migration, and go-live activities Facilitate project governance activities including steering committee meetings, reporting packs, and RAID logs Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training readiness, and go-live planning for assigned modules Ensure clear documentation and change control processes are followed throughout the lifecycle of the project Support post-implementation review, knowledge transfer, and transition to BAU support teams Essential Skills & Experience: Proven track record as a Project Manager delivering ERP projects, ideally IFS (Apps 10 or Cloud) Strong experience delivering IFS Finance and/or CRM modules Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party implementation partners Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with Finance, IT, and Commercial leads Excellent organisational and reporting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiar with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira or equivalent Desirable: IFS implementation experience in a SaaS or tech-focused business Working knowledge of data migration, testing cycles, and go-live readiness Experience working within agile or hybrid delivery methodologies Prince2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification Familiarity with post-go-live support and hypercare management
