This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value corporate transactions, advising clients across a range of industries, including financial services, technology, and infrastructure. The Role Provide expert legal advice on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and private equity. Lead on high-profile deals, overseeing due diligence, structuring, and transaction execution. Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents. Offer strategic guidance on corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business growth initiatives. Mentor and guide junior lawyers, contributing to the team's professional development. About You 6 years PQE in corporate law, ideally from a leading UK or international firm. Strong track record in M&A, private equity, and corporate finance. Excellent technical and negotiation skills with the ability to lead on complex transactions.
