We are seeking highly skilled Part 1 Architectural Assistants to join our team. Our architecture team is a core service within our multidisciplinary work environment and a AJ100 architecture practice in our own right. Our team expertise and focus lie in nationally important Advanced Manufacturing, Defence and Security and Education projects. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an excellent designer and communicator, you should have a thirst for learning and development, whilst demonstrating a high level of diligence and organisational skills. Key Criteria: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication, understanding, and respect, leading to a cohesive and productive team environment. Ability to apply critical design thinking, questioning, analysing information, and evaluating design choices to ensure effective solutions. Articulating ideas through verbal and visual means (drawings, sketches and diagrams) with clear communication of concepts and their rationale. Assist with report writing, diagrams and presentation drawings. Strong graphic (across adobe illustrator, indesign and revit) and presentation skills. Attention to detail and rigorous approach to producing precise information.
