, with a major focus on
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
. This programme is reshaping how critical systems and identities are secured across the bank — from Authentication and Federation to Secrets Management and API Security.
We're looking for a
Business Analyst with proven PAM experience
to join the programme and help drive the future of secure access.
Your impact:
Partner with PAM architects and engineers to define, analyse and document technical use cases.
Map PAM processes end-to-end, identifying optimisation opportunities and ensuring compliance.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable PAM solutions.
Support root cause analysis and recommend improvements to strengthen privileged access controls.
Contribute to the successful delivery of a global PAM strategy within a large transformation programme.
What you bring:
Strong background in
Privileged Access Management
(tools, processes, and governance).
Business analysis expertise — requirements gathering, process mapping, and use case definition.
Technical understanding of infrastructure technologies and access models.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Visio.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
A track record of accountability, delivery, and teamwork on large-scale programmes.
