We partner with a wide range of schools who require skilled support staff to help raise attainment, improve pupil engagement and contribute to a positive learning environment.

What You'll Be Doing
Supporting pupils in KS3 & KS4 within the classroom, small groups, or 1:1
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management
Helping to create an inclusive environment where all pupils can succeed
Working with SEND pupils, supporting their individual learning plans
Contributing to safeguarding and the well‑being of young people in line with DfE and school policies
What We're Looking For
Experience working with young people (school-based or transferable)
A calm, supportive and professional approach
Good communication and the ability to build positive relationships
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in education
Ability to follow safeguarding, behaviour and school policies effectivelyDesirable (but not essential):
Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting SEND
Graduates looking for school-based experience
