Job Description

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator for a major M&E contractor company based in Craigavon .

This is a Full-time position - Monday - Friday position (with an early finish Friday )

Permanent position - Position of work is Craigavon

Salary:

£24,000 + Benefits package & Growth Opportunities + Overtime (1.5x) - 36.75 hour position, any time over this is paid at 1.5x hourly rate

Responsibilities:

* Internal and external emails
* Raising and closing jobs on Facilities Management side of the business
* Raising Purchase Orders to our Supply Chain side of the business
* Answering the phone to clients and engineers

Ideal Criteria:

* Experience with Microsoft Office package
* Experience in a similar client/customer facing role
* Helpdesk experience
* Experience with CAFM systems advantageous
