This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience supporting and helping customers with queries and complaints. You must be confident working within a fast paced environment and be able to hit the ground running from day 1. The Role As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and cases from initial logging through to completion. You'll coordinate appointments, liaise with internal teams and contractors, maintain accurate records, and ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
