The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager to join the Welbilt team and drive growth across Northern and Southern Ireland. Ireland is a key region and came in well over-budget last year with huge potential to continue growing with a dedicated salesperson in-territory. Progression beyond this role would be Country Manager.
* Build positive relationships with existing Welbilt dealers within the territory.
* Gain opportunities to work with new Dealers to grow sales.
* Gain specification for Welbilt brands within new Regional Key Account opportunities.
* To gain an excellent knowledge of the Welbilt brands.
* Attend exhibitions and industry events to promote Welbilt brands.
* To keep all CSR records updated on a regular basis with a variety of information.
* Be a great team player as well as a hard-working individual to succeed as part of a winning team.
The Person
* Experience in the foodservice equipment industry
* A culinary background would be beneficial
* Proven track record of sales growth and account management
* Knowledge of the Ireland region and the foodservice distributors on the area
* The ability to map out your sales landscape, devise and implement a strategy to drive continuous growth and maximise all opportunities
* The ability to sell high value equipment solutions by highlighting the benefits they deliver to the customers
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to train distributor sales teams on equipment brands through demonstration and product support
* To have the ability to motivate, focus and interact with your team members in a professional and structured manner
* High standards of personal administration and time management
* Full and clean Driving License.
* A drive to succeed, taking ownership of your sales region and striving for continuous growth and improvement
