As a Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth by leading business development efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base
* Lead sales strategies and campaigns to meet and exceed revenue goals
* Understand Kody's products and services in order to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
* Build, coach, and mentor a small team of Sales Executives (where applicable)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to deliver an excellent customer experience
* Report regularly on pipeline, sales forecasts, and performance metrics
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales and business development
* Knowledge on e-commerce and POS integration an advantage
* Proven negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
* Able to communicate in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a plus
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management abilities
* Flexibility to travel as needed
* Based in the UK, with valid right to work
