We have a lovely Head Chef role just become available for a site based in North West London. This role is working for an amazing venue where you will be in charge of all things food related.
The Head Chef will manage a small team which covers a small restaurant service and events. You will manage the restaurant day to day and then serve food for events of all sizes. Food for events is prepared in a CPU and then transported to site to be finished and served.
This role is working 5/7 Days and Weekend will be required, this will be 5 days of 8 hour straight shifts and any extra hours are paid as overtime so realistic earnings for the Head Chef will be around £53-£55k
Catering on a daily basis for clients and guests, you can create street food style menus' or pop ups for the Restaurant and then high end dinners and events. This is an amazing and Iconic venue and you will certainly be able to make a name for yourself in the industry!
