About the Role
You will work in a variety of settings including residential, respite, community, and supported living services, supporting adults with:
* Autism
* Learning or physical disabilities
* Mental health needs
* Behavioural challenges
Shifts include days, nights, and sleep-ins, contributing to 24-hour support.

About You
What We're Looking For
Successful applicants will have:
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in adult or children's support settings
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to build rapport and develop therapeutic relationships
* Experience with individual support planning
* A valid UK driving licence (desired but not essential)
All applicants will undergo Identity, Right to Work, DBS, and Reference checks.
