Job Summary
We are currently working for a privately owned property company that has a requirement for a Building Manager to operate and manage a safe and well-maintained building and reception for a block of privately rented residential flats. To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of leading a small but high-performing team, delivering a high standard of customer service and facilities management, ensuring that the tenants' requirements are met in line with company SOPs and Health & Safety standards.

3. Facilities Management
4. Health and Safety
5. Management of your on-site team
This role suits someone who is fully accountable, enjoys a busy, hands-on position, and has a good balance of leadership, operations, administration, compliance, and people management. You are personable, approachable, flexible, proactive, and remain calm under pressure, capable of managing difficult situations following correct protocols.
You may have previously worked in other management or supervisory roles, perhaps in building management, asset or property management, or service-based roles. You enjoy working with a wide range of people, resolving issues, maintaining administrative, compliance, and operational activities, and seeing tasks through to completion.
Willing to lead others and sometimes roll up your sleeves, you love getting the job done and are eager to further develop your building management expertise.
The role involves managing a well-located building in the Crawley area with on-site parking if required.
