Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities.
• Implement EHCP targets and work closely with SENCOs and external professionals.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour in pupils.
• Support with classroom organisation, safeguarding, and daily routines.
Ideal Candidate
• Experience working with SEN pupils across KS1 and/or KS2 (school-based experience desirable).
• Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A team player with a proactive and nurturing approach.
