Job Description
* Manage a portfolio of audit clients across various industries.
* Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
* Identify business process risks and provide recommendations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Contribute to the firm's strategy and business development initiatives.
* Mentor and develop junior team members.
* Ensure compliance with internal (audit methodology and risk management) and external (regulatory) requirements.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Audit Manager should have:
* A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Proven experience in audit and assurance within a UK based professional services environment.
* Strong technical skills including a good knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS and the Companies Act.
* Excellent client relationship skills and a track record in business development.
* A commitment to team development and staff mentoring.
* Must have the right to work in the UK
