Your new role
This role reports to a Senior Finance Manager and supports the business by providing financial information to key stakeholders that can help improve efficiency, and supportmercial decision-making. This role will be very visible and operate across a number of divisions, so you will support functions that may not necessarily have a financial focus. You will work closely with the wider finance team to ensure accurate and timely MI is provided and providementary and guidance on the best course of action and differing scenarios. You will be an advocate for positive change and support a culture of cost discipline.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a qualified or part-qualified accountant looking toplete your studies. You will have experience in largeplex organisations and have strong core accounting experience. You will have excellentmunication skills and be able to engage with stakeholders and influence decision-making. You will have a strongmercial focus and want to drive cost efficiency. You will have an excellent attitude towards teamwork and collaboration and be able to work with a number of divisions. A background within an accountancy practice or within professional services would be advantageous but not essential.
