Responsibilities
* Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across all production areas in a manufacturing environment.
* Lead continuous improvement projects across the company.
* Plan and schedule maintenance activities to support production.
* Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
* Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff.
Qualifications
* Experience within a manufacturing environment.
* HNC / HND or equivalent.
* Strong electrical background.
* Leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to commute to Barnsley (or listed locations).
Schedule & Compensation
Monday to Friday: 7am - 5pm
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
Training + Progression + Overtime + Call-out bonuses
