Cotswold Talent Solutions are recruiting for a Quality Inspector on behalf of our client, a busy warehouse operation based in Swindon.
Pay & Benefits
£12.21 per hour
Monday Friday, 08:00am 18:00pm
Temporary to permanent after a qualifying period

The Role
You will be working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring all products meet company quality standards before dispatch.
Duties include:
Inspecting incoming and outgoing goods to ensure they meet required quality standards
Checking products for defects, damage, or discrepancies
Recording inspection results accurately and reporting any non-conformances
Working closely with warehouse and operational teams to resolve quality issues
Ensuring all documentation and quality control records are completed correctly
Monitoring and maintaining quality control procedures
Assisting with investigations into customer returns or complaints
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Following company health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse or quality inspection role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and record-keeping skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of health & safety procedures
