Vehicle Parts Supervisor required Rhondda Cynon Taff region.
1. Starting salary of £28-32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and current earnings.
2. Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with an hour for lunch (40 hours per week), with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

Our client, a multi-site franchised approved car dealership in the South Wales region, requires an experienced and professional Parts Supervisor to join their dealer group in the Rhondda Cynon Taff & Vale of Glamorgan.
As the Parts Supervisor, you will report to the Service Director and work closely with the on-site Service Managers, and your day-to-day responsibilities shall include:
4. Manage a team of 3 Parts Advisors and 3 Parts Departments.
5. To receive all parts orders, accurately identify requirements and ensure that they are accurately and promptly picked and dispatched.
6. Accurately identified and processed customer parts requirements whilst maintaining a courteous and professional approach in a busy trade parts sales environment.
7. To be sales-orientated and target-driven to ensure successful parts growth.
8. To ensure that all company policies and procedures applicable to their area of responsibility are adhered to at all times.
To be eligible, you will ideally live within an easily commutable distance of either the Rhondda Cynon Taff or/and the Vale of Glamorgan. You will need to hold current automotive senior vehicle parts experience, ideally working with dealership vehicle parts, however, our client is also very interested in candidates from a motor factor background. Our client is willing to consider Parts Supervisors looking to progress or current Parts Managers looking for a new challenge. You will also need to be IT literate, given you will work daily with a dealer management system (Kerridge/ADP) and electronic parts catalogue system, hold a UK driving license with minimal points, and have strong customer service/sales skills with a friendly and charismatic manner.
