Transactional Risk Claims Specialist
Location: Remote (with optional City of London office access)

We’re looking for a confident and experienced claims professional to join a specialist team handling complex and high-value transactional risk claims. Managing and resolving transactional risk claims, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I), Tax Liability, and Contingent Risk policies
Working closely with underwriters, brokers, legal counsel, and insureds to assess claims and guide them through resolution
Analysing deal documentation and claims notifications to determine coverage and advise on strategy
Maintaining clear, professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the claims lifecycle
Providing commercial insight to support underwriters and contribute to ongoing product development
Strong claims experience in transactional risk, financial lines, or a related legal/commercial field
A keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex legal and financial documents
Commercial awareness and confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders
