At Moxie People, we're proud to be partnering with a leading housing association in Caerphilly to find a proactive and organised Recruitment Administrator to join their People Team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in HR or recruitment - perfect if you enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and are looking for part-time, flexible work. Location: Y Borth, Caerphilly Contract: 3-month temporary contract Hours: 14 hours per week - can be worked over two full days or split flexibly across the week Salary: £13.50 per hour / £24,570 FTE Start Date: ASAP DBS Check: Required for the successful candidate About the Role As Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the recruitment and onboarding process runs smoothly - supporting hiring managers and creating a positive experience for candidates from start to finish. You'll be the friendly and efficient go-to person behind the scenes, helping to coordinate the recruitment lifecycle, maintain compliance, and keep things ticking over across the team's HR systems. This role is 14 hours per week, and there's flexibility in how you work these hours - you can choose to work two full days, or spread the time across the week to suit your schedule. What You'll Be Doing Advertising job vacancies and coordinating interviews Issuing offer letters and supporting onboarding documentation Responding to queries from candidates and managers Ensuring right-to-work checks and other compliance tasks are completed Keeping accurate records and HR data using systems like PeopleHub Supporting the wider People Team with admin and reporting as needed Who We're Looking For Experience in an admin-focused role, ideally in a busy environment Great organisational skills and keen attention to detail Confident with Microsoft Office and managing data Strong communication skills - written and verbal Able to handle sensitive information with professionalism Desirable: Awareness of right-to-work checks and recruitment compliance Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS), like PeopleHub Previous exposure to recruitment or onboarding processes Ready to Get Started?
