They are looking for a Digital Office Support Apprentice to join their small office team on-site in Edinburgh. Responsibilities: Act as a digital support link between office and production teams, helping to plan and schedule efficiently using Microsoft Teams. Become a super-user of core bakery systems including Cybake, QuickBooks, Procure Wizard, Acquire, and Enterprise Foods, supporting office staff in using these tools effectively. Provide first-line digital support across the bakery, assisting colleagues with data entry, customer records, and stock management through various software platforms. Use QuickBooks to manage financial tasks such as generating reports, processing payroll, and sending invoices. Gain advanced access to Cybake and CaseFlow, supporting production planning, customer order management, inventory control, and compliance. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) to manage communications, invoicing, and data handling with a high level of accuracy.
