What you will do:
* Assess the needs of children and families through initial risk assessments and respond to immediate safeguarding needs

* Maintain comprehensive case records, ensuring all documentation is up to date and in line with statutory guidelines
* Provide expert advice and co-work with less experienced social workers, enhancing team competency
