Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the concession store at Westfield Stratford ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales.
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Implement effective visual merchandising strategies to showcase our products and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
* Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock replenishment to ensure availability of products.
* Build strong relationships with Centre management and collaborate on promotional activities and events.
* Analyse sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize sales performance and profitability.
* Uphold brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the fragrance or luxury goods industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Passion for fragrances and luxury products.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
