Job Overview
We are looking for a Project Delivery Manager with strong telecom experience to lead and deliver network and telecom projects. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of projects such as 5G rollout, network deployment, RAN, and core network initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of telecom/network projects (5G, LTE, RAN, Core Network)
* Lead project and programme management (PPM) activities across multiple telecom workstreams
* Coordinate with network, engineering, and operations teams
* Manage telecom vendors (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei) and third-party partners
* Handle stakeholder communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies in telecom delivery
* Track project progress and ensure delivery within timelines and budget
* Ensure proper governance, reporting, and compliance with telecom standards
* Manage budget, cost control, and commercial aspects of telecom projects
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience in telecom project delivery
* Hands-on experience in 5G / 4G LTE / RAN / Core Network / Network Deployment
* Strong Project & Programme Management (PPM) skills
* Experience managing telecom vendors and network teams
* Excellent stakeholder and communication management
* Strong experience in risk, issue, and dependency management
* Good commercial awareness and budget control
