As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stages 3-5. You will work closely with subject teachers, the Learning Support Coordinator, and pastoral teams to deliver tailored, high-quality interventions. This includes in-class support and, where appropriate, leading small group sessions to help students reach their full potential.
We are looking for a flexible and dedicated professional who holds an HLTA qualification (or is currently working towards it) and has prior experience supporting students with specific learning difficulties in a maintained or independent school setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills with a calm and empathic manner and should be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
