Preparation of all the information and files for smooth transition to the install department Preparing quotations for a variety of installation works in co-operation with sales and installation on SAP, in line with Operational Parameters Calling and emailing customers, suppliers, sales, installation, and other stakeholders to co-ordinate works Support Sales team in answering incoming sales calls. Assisting sales and installation with administration and other tasks Qualification of project and specifications for tenders Preparation of technical quotations and proposals Assisting in take offs from technical drawings, site surveys, door schedules and bills of quantities Ensure the co-ordination between Sales & Installation is 100% complete Liaise with client to obtain agreement on project details Liaise with all interested parties across Intastop to ensure all details agreed prior to handover to operations department Ensure all quotes, tender files and project files are completed on time and in full Benefits will include: Competitive salary and holiday package Flexible working.
