Job Description Administration Assistant required in Elgin, Start Date: ASAP Your new company I am recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join an Elgin-based organisation on an ongoing temporary basis. Hours can be flexible from 20 hours to 35 hours per week, and you will work full-time in the office. You'll join a busy team and support with a range of administration tasks. Your new role In your new role, you will support the team with day-to-day admin tasks including monitoring email inboxes, answering incoming calls, sending out emails and written communication, filing, scanning and printing documents. You will also log information, update spreadsheets and trackers and organise documents to support the running of the business. This role will be quite varied with core tasks spread across the team. What you'll need to succeed This role will suit someone who is flexible and able to complete a range of administration tasks. You will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Packages and will regularly use Word, Excel and Outlook. You'll support a busy team and so excellent communication and organisational skills will be key. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in customer service admin, as you will answer queries via phone and email. What you'll get in return This role offers a competitive rate of pay, weekly pay via Hays, where you will accrue holiday pay in addition to your rate. You can work on a flexible pattern (agreed with your manager) and work from Monday-Friday. This role is on an ongoing basis and may lead to something more permanent.
