An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Therapy Senior Leadership Team on a 1 year fixed term contract. This varied and rewarding role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across teams. The post holder will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of the leadership team, ensuring effective coordination, communication and administration.
Responsibilities
* Organise and coordinate Therapy meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes and maintaining action logs.
* Manage diaries for members of the senior leadership team.
* Support the organisation of training sessions and workshops.
* Maintain and update team webpages.
* Provide SharePoint support across Therapy teams.
* Assist with the coordination and administration of the income generation initiative.
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Therapies and Heads of Service in the Therapy Directorate.
Visa sponsorship: This position is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the contract.
Essential Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths and English
* RSA II or equivalent
* Experience working in a Personal Assistant role
* Experience organising and delivering events
* Experience working in a busy office environment
* Good time management skills, able to work to strict guidelines
* Excellent IT skills and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office with particular emphasis on Word and Excel
* Self-starting, ability to plan own workload, well organised, motivated, work with minimum supervision
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly and precisely
Desirable Qualifications
* Professional Secretarial Diploma/qualification
* Experience working within a large organisation
* Experience working in an NHS or private hospital setting
