Requirements To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher ECT Pool you will: Have experience teaching in a primary school setting Strong classroom management skills A positive, proactive, can do attitude Delivery and mark work Ability to build rapport with colleagues and students Excellent time management and organisation skills Knowledge of the EYFS or KS1 or KS2 Primary teaching curriculum Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or in the process of working towards obtaining QTS Able to provide to references to cover the last 2 years of both Education and Employment A passion for working with children Flexible and adaptable, open to working in a range of different schools in and around the surrounding areas Ability to drive is desirable but not essential for this position Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.
