Overview
As the Office Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting both the commercial and administrative operations of the business. You’ll ensure smooth internal processes, maintain professional client interactions, and contribute to the efficient functioning of the office and showroom. Your proactive approach and attention to detail help drive team performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Order processing and administration
* Handle sales orders and sample requests accurately and efficiently.
* Ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries.
* Maintain customer data in CRM system.
* Diary and team support
* Manage calendars for management and the sales team.
* Coordinate internal meetings and external appointments.
* Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials.
* Facility and showroom management
* Ensure the office and showroom are well-maintained and presentable.
* Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and inventory of office supplies.
* Liaise with external service providers for facility-related needs.
* Client hosting and event support
* Welcome clients and visitors in the showroom.
* Assist in organizing customer events and product presentations.
* Ensure a professional and hospitable experience for all guests.
* Communication and sales support
* Act as the first point of contact for external sales representatives.
* Support the preparation of sales materials and client communications.
