Saints are currently looking for Assistant Account / Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to join a super friendly team of PMs and Creatives based on the London / Surrey borders.
We are searching for Project Managers that have a background from retail, events, exhibitions, interiors etc who have ideally qualified in a Design field or spent their early career in a hands-on design or artwroking role before moving over to Project Managements.
Project Managers play a key role in the management of jobs and projects at every level. Liaising directly with clients and interpreting briefs to a language that the studio and production teams can understand, Project Managers follow each and every job throughout the company ensuring their products and services are delivered on time and on point.
Please note: This role is office based for at least 4 days a week and therefore you must be able to commute to their location in Surbiton.
The day to day: You will be responsible for leading or assisting one of the key relationships (a global powerhouse brand), attending meetings, taking briefs and specs, planning spaces alongside the 2D and 3D creatives, organising the workflow and managing the timelines and ongoing client relationship, negotiate deadline etc. Working across multiple territories, this is a fabulous opportunity to gain invaluable experience of managing projects on an international scale.
This role suits a methodical and highly organised multi-tasker with an unflappable and adaptable approach and a true love for retail and interior design.
You must have Project, Production, Account, Event or Studio Management experience or have had hands-on client facing Artworking / Design experience.
An added bonus would be experience in graphic design, events, exhibitions, retail design, experiential, store planning, merchandising, interiors, architecture, fabrication, structural design etc

Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to ensuring effective co-ordination of high-quality work while under the pressures of time and budgets and crucially you must have knowledge of costs, timescales and briefing in to creatives and technical specialists.
You will a minimum of 1 year's commercial experience working within a creative / design / print organisational role.
