Location: London (E1) 2 days/month in our Lincoln office (we cover travel) Heads up: This is a mid-level role. You’ll need proven Product Management experience. You’ll be our only PM focused on Insurance Products, so you’ll own it end to end. Hybrid working: 2 days/week in London office, 3 days remote. The Opportunity: Own It. Shape It. Grow It. This isn’t just a PM role, it’s full ownership of our Insurance Products. You’ll: Partner with our MD of Insurance to set the vision and direction Plan, prioritise and deliver product roadmaps, ensuring buy in at each step of the development process Own discovery, conducting market, competitor & user research, run customer interviews, surveys, usability testing Define & test hypotheses and MVPs, whilst using a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision making Lead kick offs, check-ins, workshops, retrospectives and a variety of other meetings with people across the business right up to the CEO.
