Overview
A Commercial Manager oversees the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring profitability, compliance, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control.
* Negotiate and administer contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Lead procurement processes and vendor selection.
* Conduct risk assessments and ensure legal compliance.
* Prepare bids and tender documents to win new business.
* Monitor project performance and resolve commercial disputes.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (CIM certification is a plus).
* Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in construction or engineering.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
* Strong writing, design, and presentation skills.
* Understanding of construction terminology and project lifecycle

Pay: £38,663.34-£78,380.66 per year
