Due to our continued growth, Aircraft Engineering Services (AES), in association with their client airline Ryanair, is recruiting for a Training Standards Administrator to be located at our offices in London Stansted, UK, within the Engineering Training department.
In this role, you will gain core experience working in a compliance and legislative role in accordance with EASA and national authority regulations. You will be part of a dedicated team delivering industry-leading training.
The person will report directly to the Engineering Training Standards Manager and will be responsible for ensuring the Training school meets the demands across the Ryanair network.
Duties Will Include
* Checking department handbooks for new PART-145 contracted organisations and administering the PACS of their staff
* Ensuring that expired PACS for PART-145 contracted staff are deactivated and communicated to their managers
* Reviewing and administering ‘on the job’ training documentation
* Assisting the management team in loading and administering engineering authorisations
* Conducting monthly checks on PACs issued by QA to ensure all documentation is available on AMOS
* Supporting other projects as defined by the Training Standards Manager
Requirements
* Ideally hold a qualification in Business Administration, HR, or a related field
* Previous experience in administrative or HR functions
* Open-minded, eager to learn new skills, and a strong work ethic
* Excellent computer skills, highly proficient in MS Office, with planning and scheduling experience
* Effective communication skills
* Flexibility and adaptability to change
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Initiative and teamwork skills
* Problem-solving abilities in planning
* Proven numeric, administrative, and computer skills
* Must hold a valid EU passport
