We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Youth and Community Coach. This role is an integral part of Street League’s Tayside team and will be based in Dundee.
As a Youth and Community coach you will play a key role in networking within the local community to recruit young people for our programmes. You will be responsible for delivering multi-sports session and supporting with the delivery of female only issue-based sessions.
The responsible candidate will deliver to groups of young people aged between 16-29. The programme consists of confidence building, personal development and motivational workshops. Role:
You will be responsible for the delivery of Street League’s programmes, in which you will deliver a range of engagement activities to a group of Street League participants focused on sport, fitness, personal development and wellbeing. The Youth and Community Coach will also work in partnership with our devoted Progressions Coordinators to deliver and administer Street League’s core programmes. The post involves outreach work, and you will be responsible for recruiting participants and sustaining them on Street League’s programmes to ensure delivery targets are met.
You will maintain partnerships with referral agencies and develop further partnerships with stakeholders to ensure suitable future opportunities for our participants. Monitoring and reporting are essential to this role.

Salary - Circa £24,875
Work Pattern: Full-time (36.25 hours per week)
Location: Dundee
Contract: 18 Months Fixed Term
