We have an exciting Reception/Administration role available providing full time temporary maternity cover based near Mona on the beautiful Island of Anglesey. In this role you will be supporting the main office and accounts department, working in a busy, friendly environment assisting with reception and general administration. As the Receptionist/Administrator your duties will include: Providing reception cover Administration support including diary management Handling data Dealing with correspondence Meeting, and greeting customers We are keen to see your CV if you have the following skills and experience: Previous experience working within a busy office environment assisting with all administration duties Previous customer service and reception experience Strong IT skills including MS Office, proficient in Excel Fluent Welsh speaking due to nature of role In return, the Receptionist/Administrator will receive an hourly pay rate of £13.00, plus holiday pay.
