Salary: £12.80ph plus incentives
Hours: Full Time - 7am-7pm, 3-4 days a week to include alternate weekends

Note: Team Members under 21 will be paid at £1.00 per hour less, which is above National Minimum Wage guidelines for this age group

Day to Day Responsibilities
* Provide high levels of care to residents, including personal care and assistance with daily activities such as washing, dressing and eating
* Promote residents' independence with a focus on choice, dignity and respect
* Maintain Daily Charts to a high standard, aiming for 90%+ in monthly audits
* Remain current with mandatory training throughout the year
Essential Requirements
* Positive outlook and strong work ethic
* Experience of working in an elderly nursing/care home
* Live within 20 minutes of the Home
Preferred Requirements
* One year of experience in a residential or nursing home
* Level 2 Health & Social Care or above
