Job Overview
We seek dedicated individuals committed to high-quality care, with excellent communication skills, eager to join our Paediatric Bank Team. Shifts are available in Woodland Ward, PAU, and Acorn Ward. New staff will be supported with supernumerary shifts for orientation.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing patient-centered care according to Trust policies
* Maintaining a safe, clean environment
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
* Communicating effectively with patients and families
* Adhering to NMC Code of Conduct and infection control policies
* Working flexibly across wards as needed

Requirements
Must hold UK professional registration (RN Child) and meet other specified criteria. Evidence of successful transition into a registered nurse role, IV competencies, and meeting NMC revalidation are essential.
