Role Overview
Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, you will support the Store Manager in managing your store to maximize profitability through the retail plan; driving sales, managing costs, and delivering our brand through visual merchandising. You will create a fun and inspiring atmosphere aligned with our brand and culture, support team development, and ensure high standards are maintained according to company guidelines.
Role Responsibilities
* Leading by example and demonstrating exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain brand integrity.
* Driving and role-modeling customer service standards to exceed expectations.
* Training, coaching, and developing your team, supporting appraisals and performance reviews.
* Analyzing financial data, retail and company strategies, local/industry knowledge, and commercial creativity to maximize sales and support decision-making.
* Ensuring store operates within budget through effective scheduling, cost controls, and productivity management.
* Planning and organizing to implement the retail plan successfully.
* Communicating with Head Office to optimize stock management.
* Adhering to procedures related to cash, stock, health and safety, security, and loss prevention.
* Executing the FatFace visual proposition, including launches and floor moves.
* Complying with policies, legal obligations, and GDPR confidentiality requirements.
* In the absence of the Store Manager, taking on responsibilities to ensure store success.
