Job Description
The Legal Counsel will be:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad spectrum of high‑value and complex commercial contracts
* Advising stakeholders across commercial, operational and strategic matters
* Investigating, managing and resolving disputes
* Liaising with external counsel on contentious issues
* Overseeing company compliance and regulatory obligations
* Assisting with redevelopment of company wide policies, procedures and precedents
* Delivering legal training to the wider business
* Wider duties include advising in relation to commercial property, construction contracts, IP, and IT contracts
The Successful Applicant
The Legal Counsel should be:
* A solicitor (or equivalent) with 3+ years PQE
* Skilled in high‑value, complex commercial contracts is a must
* Experienced (advantageous) in commercial property, construction, IP, or IT
* Familiarity with manufacturing or defence sectors is a plus, though not essential
* Due to the nature of the company, candidates will have to undergo security clearance
