The Package Salary: £35,000 £40,000 per year (depending on experience) Company van provided Overtime structure: Time and a half (door-to-door) on Saturdays Double time (door-to-door) on Sundays Weekday overtime paid after 50 hours per week Location: Essex, Havering & Slough (Field-Based) Working Hours Standard working week: 40 hours Flexibility required, including approximately 1 hour travel each way Overtime paid on a weekly basis depending on total hours worked The Person The ideal candidate will be adaptable, organised and comfortable working across a variety of sites. Key requirements: Previous experience in a surveying role (domestic preferred) Flexibility to travel across multiple locations Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Professional and customer-focused approach The Role An opportunity is available for a flexible and reliable Surveyor to join a growing team, working primarily across domestic housing with some commercial projects. Key responsibilities include: Conducting surveys across residential properties Undertaking occasional commercial surveys Travelling across Essex, Havering and Slough areas Producing accurate reports and ensuring high standards of work Additional Information Work is primarily domestic, with some commercial projects Vehicle usage is monitored to ensure fair allocation of hours and workload Full terms and conditions will be discussed at interview stage
