We're looking for Registered Physiotherapists to conduct health assessments and make a meaningful difference to people's lives. This is a hybrid role with only a few days per week in an assessment centre.What you'll need:A valid HCPC registration + 1 year of broad post-registration experience in the UK1 year's experience working in musculoskeletal (MSK) physiotherapyConfidence conducting 6 phone, video or face-to-face health assessments each day whilst working independentlyStrong written and verbal communication skills to produce accurate, well-documented Work Capability Assessment (WCA) reports on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)Genuine empathy, professionalism and a desire to help customers move forwardIT proficiency in order to manage digital systems for assessments and reportingYou MUST have the right to work in the UK - we cannot offer sponsorshipWhat's in it for you:£41,500 salaryFull-time: 9am to 5pm - 3 days at home, 2 on-sitePart-time: 9am to 5pm - 2 days at home, 1 on-site (school hours available)No bank holidays, evenings or weekendsLeading maternity and paternity paid leaveBank holidays plus 25 days' holiday with the option to buy or sell 5 daysOngoing CPD, clinical development and reimbursed validation fees£2,000 for referring a friendLife insurance and Medicash Healthcare Cash PlanIn-person clinical conferences held annuallyIf you've submitted a recent application for an assessor role at Maximus, it's under review and there's no need to reapplyGuaranteed interviews for eligible candidates under our Disability Confident scheme.Maximus has delivered health assessments on behalf of the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) since 2015.
