Job Description:
The role of a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) at a Bradford primary school involves supporting pupils and staff to achieve high standards. Responsibilities include assisting in behavioural management, lesson delivery, and possibly planning and delivering classes during staff absences. 1:1 support may also be required.

Pay: GBP90-GBP110 per day, depending on experience

Candidate Requirements:
* Hold a HLTA qualification or equivalent to a level 4 NVQ.
* Experience supporting teachers both in and out of the classroom.
* Passionate about raising teaching standards.
* Experience managing classroom behaviour and incidents.
* Ability to motivate and encourage pupils.
* Effective communication with staff and professional incident reporting.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Right to Work in the UK.
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or willingness to apply for a new one.
* Two professional child-related references from the last two years.
