Job Title: Business Analyst - (Equity, Cash, FX Focused)
Duration: Long-term Contract
Location: Sheffield (x2 Days a week in the office)
We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong Domain - Corporate Action BA (markets side), need to have good exposure in equities (Cash & derivatives) / front office / back-office systems / post trade experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Effective management of process issues and reporting and ensuring timely escalation of issues with appropriate resolution.
* Improve efficiency by regular review of existing processes and refinement thereof wherever required.
* To make sure all MI’s are produced and trending analysis review is performed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensure all outstanding confirmations KPI/KRI are monitored daily basis with prompt and timely escalations of issues.
* Periodical MI submitted accurately and in line with customer and business needs.
* Knowledge of SOX compliance.
* Understanding the factors involved in the risk exposure for the Front Office and Operational Areas and to actively reduce that risk where possible.
