Overview
The Project Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to the Senior Management Team within Working Denbighshire. The role involves coordinating project activity, maintaining accurate records, supporting delivery teams, liaising with internal and external partners, and ensuring effective systems and processes are in place to meet programme objectives.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and project support to the Senior Management Team.
* Implement and maintain systems for effective planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
* Act as a key point of contact for external partners, providers, and internal departments.
* Support delivery teams with procurement, ordering, booking training, and organising project files.
* Maintain detailed records in line with monitoring frameworks and funding requirements.
* Set up and organise meetings, prepare agendas, and produce accurate minutes.
* Produce complex documentation using spreadsheets, databases, and word processing tools.
* Ensure all personal data is handled securely and in line with Information Sharing Protocols.
* Support the development and implementation of Working Denbighshire services.
* Provide advice and signposting to individuals and groups where appropriate.
* Work in accordance with DCC policies, including Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Lone Working, and Safeguarding.
* Contribute to the wider Working Denbighshire team and support collective service objectives.
Qualifications
* GCSEs including English.
* RSA Level 2 Word Processing (or equivalent).
* ECDL (or equivalent) or relevant experience.
Additional
* Ability to work flexibly across Denbighshire as required.
