Key Responsibilities Running your section efficiently during service.
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard.
Working with fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce.
Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu execution and development.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
Working collaboratively within a small, professional brigade.
Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients and good presentation.
Calm, reliable and able to work well in a small team.
A desire to learn, develop and progress in your career.
A valid driving licence is essential due to the rural coastal location (live-in also available).
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service periods.
