Position Details
* This is a full-time permanent position based at our customer's distribution centre in Carlisle.
* Rate of pay: £25,389 per annum.
* Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus a daily 30-minute unpaid break.
* Shift patterns: 5 days out of 7, 8-hour shifts between 22:00-06:00.
* Working environment: Chilled.
Responsibilities
* Manage stock accuracy levels within the depot and check the accuracy of incoming deliveries against drivers' paperwork.
* Ensure the accuracy of loaded trailers before departure.
* Perform weekly supervision and provide performance feedback to team members based on audit data.
* Monitor and meet team KPIs.
* Maintain good communication, both written and verbal.
* Perform basic tasks using Microsoft Excel and Word.
Requirements
* Ability to add and subtract confidently without a calculator.
* Ability to respond actively to verbal instructions and audible warning devices.
* Attention to detail to ensure stock accuracy and error reduction.
